My general blog

Apart from my specialized blogs like this very one, I also have a "general" blog about everything that intersts, bothers, amuses or irritates me. It's called Buggerovs blog AKA The world according to Yahrp, and gives me free raign to rave and rant to my hearts desire (wide and wicked grin)!

Antique cranberry glass

Not all cranberry glass is antique cranberry glass. It's still being made in several factories in different parts of the world, but antique cranberry glass is generally considered the most collectable gold ruby glass. Fortunately Antique cranberry glass, like Victorian and Art Deco is often available, sometimes even remarkably cheap! Every now and then one encounters an antique Victorian cranberry glass castor lamp, an old Fenton cranberry glass pitcher with applied handle, or even a Salesman Sample Miniature Cranberry Glass Urn Vase. There's much vintage cranberry glass and antique cranberry glass for sale.

Data on "Buy Cranberry Glass"

I don't mind my "stuff" being public - there's nothing "hidden" on the internet anyway (wide and wicked grin)! Via several links the general populus can find all relevant data about each and every domain, so there's no reason to give access to the lot here.

Not the same, but still related

Today I've opened a new BANS store, to wit American Scrap Treasures. The site is about things like antique scrap silver, scrapped but wearable gold jewelry, scrap coins, mixed jewelry lots, of course industrial recyclables with all sorts of scrap metal, and many other scrapped things and materials.
For the collector of antique cranberry glass like Victorian and Art Deco, some of the scrap materials on the above site may come in handy when restoring cranberry glass mountings, cups, and other combinations of glass and metal.

The connection has improved

Well now, after a week of persistent problems with my internet connection, most issues seem to be solved. Although my provider still stinks like a two days old corpse in a sunny climate, at least I can perfrom my online duties again. Pretty soon I'll be paying some historical attention to the Bohemian cranberry glass page, a subject that's interesting enough to publish a bit more about than just the usual "Bohemia is now called the Czech Republic".

Wonky connection

Last week my internet connection has been slow, wonky or non-existent, whcih sort of kept me away from updating this blog. It seems that after the weekend all problems will be solved, and the Cranberry glass blog will be updated regularly!

Our cranberry glass "hub"

Well now, I've added a HubPages "Hub" to our cranberry glass empire (grin)! You can check it out at Cranberry glass: old mild mellow beauty. Those HubPages are quite interesting by the way: a good method to bring your product(s) to the attention of yet another audience.
